We aim to despatch goods in 2-3 working days. We reserve the right to supply up to a maximum of 28 days and will inform you of any delays due to stock unavailability.

How To Buy

  • using the top or bottom navigation browse the site to find your desired products. Once you have located them click the BUY NOW button to view more options and look at the various attributes and prices.
  • You can also use the search facility to locate your product. Select Search from the top or bottom navigation and enter your search criteria in the box.
  • When you have found your product please select the relevant attributes and enter the appropriate quantity and add to basket.
  • Your basket will retain all the products you have added as you continue to shop.
  • If you are having difficulties with your basket retaining products please make sure that you have your cookies activated.
  • You can return to your basket at any time by clicking the basket link.
  • When you are completed your order please select the checkout button.
  • In the next few screens the compulsory fields are marked in bold.
  • Regular customers may wish to create an account that will allow their address details to be retained so that they do not need to re-enter the next time they purchase. You will be asked for your CVC code which is displayed on the rear signature strip of your card --- enter the last 3 digits of this code, for Switch cards you will also have a issue number displayed on the front of the card enter this on the form if you have no issue number displayed on your card just leave the box blank and continue
  • After you press continue your transaction is completed and you will be presented with an invoice. This should be printed off for your records. You will also receive a confirmation email

  • For Overseas and Special Orders of products not listed on our site you can still purchase securely on line. How do I return an item?

Simply call us on 08700 62 33 88 and one of our customer support team will issue you with a Returns Number that will enable us to process your return quickly and efficiently. You must obtain a Returns Number before sending anything back to us or we will not be able to process your return , here are some simple and easy to follow guidelines:

Faulty or defective items: If you wish to return an item because of an error on our part, or it is defective, we will happily refund your costs in returning it to us. The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Change of mind: Goods returned to us because of a change of mind must be unused and in perfect, re-saleable condition (including product packaging, instructions, etc), otherwise we will not be able to refund you. You are responsible for any other service provided to you in connection with your purchase, e.g. delivery charge. The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Special or made to specific car orders may incur handling charges.

Any item which includes software must be returned with the software unopened.

Returning a gift: We are happy to exchange faulty or defective products that have been sent as a gift. If you are returning an item but would like to exchange it for something else and you're not sure what, we are happy to issue a gift voucher or if a refund is required for items bought as gifts it can only be given to the original purchaser.

Items returned and lost in transit: We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit: as you are responsible for returning the item to us, we recommend sending the package by Recorded/Special Delivery.

Refunds, replacement and exchanges: Refunds for items that are defective or faulty and sent back to MOTORSPEED Ltd within 14 days , a refund, replacement or exchange will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of the returned item a refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase. Please note that items that are returned to us that are not due to our error will have the return shipping costs deducted from the refund.

Please note, in all instances MOTORSPEED LTD shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

MOTORSPEED LTD takes its relationships with customers very seriously, and we spend a great deal of effort ensuring that we keep you happy. We aim to reply to emails within one working day of receipt, whether they're enquiries or, heaven forbid, complaints.
